Welcome to Funninfo, a site that allows you to connect with the people around you, lets you express your thoughts and have fun by playing games. Funninfo service is operated by Harshit Shah and Pinal Shah (collectively, "us" or "we"). By accessing or using our web site at www.funninfo.net or blog.funninfo.net thereof (together the "Site"), you (the "User") acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Statement, whether or not you are a registered member of Funninfo.
What this Privacy Statement Covers
Funninfo values the privacy of its visitors and its members and takes many steps to protect their privacy. This Privacy Statement covers Funninfo's treatment of personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") that WE gather when you access the site. This Privacy Statement does not apply to the use of your Personal Information by third parties that WE do not own or control, or to individuals that WE do not control or manage.

Funninfo is the sole owner of information collected on the sites. We do not share or sell your information with anyone without your authorization or consent in ways different from what is disclosed in this Privacy Statement.
The Information We Collect
When you enter Site, we collect your browser type and IP address. This information is gathered for all visitors. In addition, we store certain information from your browser using "cookies." A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. We use session ID cookies to confirm that users are logged in. These cookies terminate once the user closes the browser or on Session time-outs. Funninfo provides some features exclusively to its members. Our registration process requires you to provide us with a valid email address as well as a username and password of your choice. Other information such as your first and last name, year of birth, zip code, country of residence, etc may be provided for various services.
You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of special features offered only to our members. We may occasionally use your name and email address to send you notifications regarding new services offered by us that we think you may find valuable.
Based upon the Personal Information you provide us we will send you an email to verify and activate your your username and password (called as "Account").
If you choose to use our invitation service to tell a friend about our site, or to send them your Blog or Album link, we will ask you for information needed to send the invitation, such as your friend's email address and Name. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site/link. We store this information to send this one-time invitation/link.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We share aggregated demographic information about our visitors and the blogs in general with our partners and advertisers. We may submit your information like First name and Last Name to third parties, as a part of our efforts for propogation of the site.
